We’re looking for a Channel Marketeer (Electro/ on-line) to join our Consumer North Team in Warsaw Office.

As a Channel Marketeer (Electro/ on-line) you’ll be responsible for deployment and execution the agreed go-to-market and 4P strategy to drive sales growth and market share for assigned channel. Build marketing plan for channel and implement marketing activities and promotions to generate demand.

What you’ll do

  • Understand, develop insights, segment existing customers, and competition.
  • Develop and execute the Market Activation Plan for new products.
  • Measure performance of the customers, channel and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Responsible for A&P budget management assigned to channel.
  • Develop metrics, track, report and forecast marketing initiatives and activities
  • Customer.
  • Enable and engage customers. Provide trainings for customers and team.
  • Drive customer readiness and productivity.
  • Drive indirect revenue-producing activities such as through-customer Marketing, for-customer Marketing.
  • Identifies, develops & maintains relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers in customers organizations and eco system key players.

Your qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in trade marketing (preferably in the technology industry)
  • Fluent in Polish and English both written and spoken
  • Very good knowledge of merchandising, trade marketing, and promotional tools
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize
  • Knowledge of POS material production processes (concept, implementation, deployment)
  • Project management and self-organization skills, good organization of work
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Engagement, accuracy, reliability
  • Drive to learn and flexibility (considering our fast-changing environment)
  • Interest in new technologies will be useful and welcome
  • Adept at optimizing marketing budgets to maximize ROI
  • Skilled in developing innovative strategies to make our brands the preferred choice for target consumers
  • Client centric attitude
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to drive cross functional collaboration, demonstrating strategic focus and organization agility
