We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. On this role you will take ownership of one of the largest and most beloved brand in the Mondelez portfolio, Milka Biscuits, driving its growth and maintaining its status as a market leader in Poland's sweet biscuit category. You will also develop and execute impactful brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that resonate with consumers, leveraging your creativity and strategic acumen to uphold Milka as a love brand in the Polish market.
As a Brand Manager Milka Biscuits Chocolate you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategy for Milka Biscuits Brand to enhance brand awareness and drive market penetration in Poland.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the brand's product portfolio, including new product launches, packaging design, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and business partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements across all marketing activities.
Whan you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in Marketing as a Brand Manager in the FMCG industry, preferably in an international setting.
- Fluency in Polish and English language is a must.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and global trends in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in market research tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
