Job Summary

The primary responsibility of a Change Management Specialist is to assist in the develop of, and to implement, change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes.

Coordinate change management assessments

· Participate in the development of and execution of actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor, People Manager, Communications, Resistance Management and Training Plans

· Coordinate efforts with other specialists

· Integrate change management activities into the project plan

· Evaluate and ensure user readiness

· Manage stakeholder engagement and communications

· Track and report issues

· Provide on-going support to the organizational as they move through change.

Requirements:

University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Psychology or Certification in Change Management

Proficiency in spoken and written English, other language is a plus

Willingness to take initiative, be hands on and result driven

People person – looking for engagement

Team player exhibiting collaboration, excellent active listening and problem-solving skills

Proven proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.

Preferred:

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

• Exceptional communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
