This is an excellent opportunity for a talent with good knowledge of Procurement, Logistics and Finance Analytics to be part of a global leader in food, beverage, health, biosciences and sensorial experiences.

Role Purpose

To be a Finance Partner to the global procurement and supply chain organization and a team member of the global Finance team.

As Finance Manager, Procurement & Supply Chain you will provide insight into logistics cost and drive the logistics forecast and budget process. You will interface with the individual Business Units to share logistics analysis. You will be responsible to drive constantly process improvement and develop / upgrade tools.

Additionally, you will develop tools for tracking savings in various IM&S categories, and also partnering with BUs, Procurement, and Operations to drive productivity goals.

Accountabilities

  • Collate data on logistics expenses globally and review performance with Logistics and Procurement teams.
  • Run analytics to identify key drivers for cost change.
  • Drive the forecast and budget process for logistics and IM&S.
  • Validate savings projects on logistics and IM&S.
  • Support logistics teams in evaluation of savings projects and operational changes.
  • Provide dedicated support to Supply Chain SVP and his direct reports on performance management vs targets and forecast.
  • Partner with VP Global Procurement IM&S in setting annual targets and provide insights for driving inflation mitigation plans.
  • Business partnering with Logistics team on driving transformation and process improvement.

Job Requirements to be successful

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrated financial background, strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Project Management on Process improvement projects
  • ERP and Business Intelligence systems knowledge
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite especially Excel and Power Point
  • PowerBI skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure with different partners and cross functional teams
  • Fluency in English

Experience / Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis and financial control in a manufacturing environment with complex logistics processes
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Economics is required
  • Experience in analytics of procurement, logistics and Supply Chain topics is a must
