The primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Service & Supplier Leadership, Process Management and Execution

Buyer Support  & Contract management

Single point of contact/ Owner for Contract management process and Buyer support process’

Process Design owner for Contract management as well as other Buyer support deliverables by the Outsource service provider.

Collaborate with the Compliance lead to draw up the requisite compliance framework

Governance of Outsourcing partner supporting their product

Define outsourcing partner deliverables (SLA, KPI, TAT)

Review and sign off documentation (Standard operating procedure)

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure zero impact on business due to their product

Monitor, evaluate and continually improve through external benchmarking and participation in best practice forums

Collaborate with the digital enablement lead to create digital roadmap for Req to receive process

Partner with Internal controls, CAS and other Auditors to ensure all audit related requirements are met

Recoveries and Supplier finance

Design owner for recoveries process and define roadmap in line with Organizational strategy

Governance of 3rd party auditors providing audit services for Chemours (Revenew, GPA)

Defining the 3rd party auditor deliverables

Collaboration with internal stakeholders like Finance, Treasury, Procurement to define an annual roadmap for recovery reviews and vendors to be moved into supplier finance program.

Collaborate with buyers and Amex/ Citi and Treasury to onboard vendor into supplier finance program

Responsible for root cause analysis and root cause fix for any process gaps identified as a part of audit

Track savings in appropriate tool

Relationship Management

  • Developing strong relationships with Chemours leaders, Suppliers, process owners (e.g., Procurement, T&E, Invoice, Payment, Accounting, Freight) and the BPO Supplier’s key personnel to create
  • Developing strong relationships with Chemours leaders and teams, other personnel interfacing with the Supplier, and also with the Supplier’s key personnel

Planning and Project Management

  • Collaborate with global product owners, other stakeholders in Chemours and the Supplier to identify process improvement opportunities across end-to-end processes, including automation and other simplification strategies.
  • Work as Execution lead for critical projects and projects that span across teams.

Leadership

  • Leading functional governance for the above mentioned Procurement Operations areas such as Service Reviews, Incident Action / Root Cause Analysis Review Meetings.
  • Use influence skills to help others see alternative views or approaches.

Change Management

  • Proactively communicate to stakeholders regarding performance, including significant accomplishments, changes in policies, risks, planned/unplanned outages, etc for their area
  • Assess relevant training needs, develop training materials and ensure all stakeholders are sufficiently trained on internal control requirements, design and ownership
