Contractor Qualifications and Experience
The Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Five years of management consulting experience.
- Five years of experience with experience with development of and implementation of leadership training.
- Five years of experience implementing employee surveys.
- Five years of experience with developing and facilitating a project plan informed by workforce survey results.
- Ten years of experience working in public health.
- Five years of experience as a Certified Change Management Practitioner
