Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Change Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation of our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring efficiency, and embedding a success framework to measure our progress.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Digital Transformation Roadmap: Oversee the strategy roadmap, ensuring alignment with our digital transformation vision and maintaining up-to-date completion of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Develop People Change Plans: Create and implement plans to ensure change adoption and embedment, aligning with client, colleague, and business outcomes.
- Implement Change Management Plans: Support Accountable Executives (AEs) with guidelines for visible and active sponsorship, track progress, and perform stakeholder satisfaction assessments.
- ·Collaborate Across Teams: Work with digital teams across the Group, Retail, and Business Banking to align stakeholders and drive outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum B-degree in Commerce, Finance, Strategy, or Engineering (NQF level 7). A post-graduate degree (NQF level 8+) is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of senior management experience.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Proven track record in strategy design and execution.
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in executive communication and managing strategic narratives.

Education
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
