The Celonis Expert is responsible for implementing and supporting Process Mining solutions within customer environments. This role involves data extraction, analysis, and the development of action flows based on business requirements. The position requires collaboration with customers to understand their needs and provide consultative support for process optimization.

About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in implementing and configuring Celonis applications and customization as per customer needs
• Primary skill includes PQL (Process Query Language) used in Celonis.
• Experience working with data sources such as SAP, Google Big Query, Snowflake.
• Experience working with Studio Skills and integrating with applications such as Salesforce, Sharepoint etc.
• Knowledge of basic Python / experience with Celonis Machine Learning module.
• Ideal candidate would also have a current Data Analyst/Data Engineer Celonis certification.
• Business & technical understanding both should be strong
• Experience in building Analysis on Celonis
• Creating Data Pipeline, Job and Extraction
• Create actions and real time alerts
• Identify the best method for data collection, ensure the data quality, and work together with the
• Set up and maintain data models/structures that would be basis for analysis and work closely with client
• Collaborate with IT system experts to ensure the IT systems are set up correctly to gather all relevant information and support the most effective data structures
• Maintain and extend existing Celonis data processing pipelines

Required skills:

• PQL (Process Query Language) used in Celonis
• Deep knowledge of Celonis applications
• Python

• Should have great communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with customers independently.
• Should be flexible to switch tools and type of work (Development/operations) to best suit need of the hour for the team.
• Understand how to work in a fast-paced organization and multi-tasking ability.
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude
