About the Role: Join our collaborative team at Galderma as a Category & Trade Marketing Manager! This full-time, temporary role (14 months) will support the delivery of the Consumer Business Unit strategy across the ANZ retail and digital landscape. You will engage with retailers to drive growth through insight-led category strategies, shopper marketing programs, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs). This is an exciting opportunity to leave a lasting impact on key grocery, pharmacy, and eCommerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category growth strategies across Pharmacy, Grocery, and eCommerce.
- Build and deliver actionable, insight-led strategies focusing on Range, Space, Visibility & Price.
- Lead Joint Business Plans with top grocery and pharmacy partners to drive collaboration and success.
- Influence and guide key retail partners to optimize category performance and grow market share.
- Support annual brand planning and range reviews, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Category, Sales, or Shopper Marketing, ideally within FMCG or Health & Beauty.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
