What you´ll do:
- You will join our Product Success Team as a Product Manager for the Accessory category, which includes pillows, duvets, toppers, and mattress protectors, for both online and offline sales across the EU.
- You’ll own one or more product categories, making sure the product range meets customer needs, is easy to understand, and drives high customer satisfaction and strong sales.
- You’ll focus on building a product portfolio that offers clear choices for customers, is easy to shop online, and is simple for our operations team to manage.
- You’ll ensure the products are well-designed, meet high customer expectations, and make it easy for customers to find exactly what they need on our website.
- You’ll work closely with country teams, R&D, design, operations, and procurement to make sure the product portfolio is effective and aligned with business goals.
- You’ll take initiative, bringing new ideas to improve the product range and working to deliver products that balance customer needs with operational efficiency.
- From day one, you’ll take ownership of your projects, learn quickly, and help drive the growth of our business.
Who we´re looking for:
- Previous experience as a category manager, product development manager, product launching, or comparable role.
- Proven ability to work cross-team and manage multiple stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- An international background that allows you to look at opportunities from multiple perspectives.
- You have a passion for developing brands from a holistic perspective.
- You are entrepreneurial by nature and see opportunities everywhere.
- You're fast, pragmatic, and proactive, have high energy and a can-do attitude.
- You love to work with others and others love to work with you.
- You are fluent in English.
