1650 € plus vario 600 € depends on KPI´s
What you will do:
- Develop, lead, and execute long-term and short-term strategies for the success of assigned product category
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing team, customer service team, content management and IT team to determinate competitive pricing and promotional activities of product and product categories
- Calculate forecasts for product demand trends to ensure the sustainability of inventory
- Research competitors and products to suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities across our sales channels within seven countries in CEE region
- Create entry plans for products that are new in the market
- Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends across CEE sales channels
- Manage and track assigned sales KPIs
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrates leadership ability
- Execution of strategic goals
- Forecasting experience
- Excellent English skills written & spoken
- Proven track record of at least 3 years of Category Management or similar position
