Join our International Operations team in Barcelona , drive in the Cash Payment  world supporting our clients challenges  and engage in collaborative projects within a vast networking connecting hubs including Berlin and India.

Operations is dedicated to supporting our business in their goal to build long-term, sustainable relationships with the Bank’s key institutional clients, while delivering strong returns to stakeholders.

The team is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of International and Domestic cash payment as well as middle offices tasks for Corporate Bank Clients.

Team is focus on ensure that procedures are properly executed to reduce processing risk and identify potential areas for process improvement all within a tightly controlled environment in adherence with global regulatory requirements.

The new joiner will be part of a healthy, engaged and committed team, the current team counts with experienced people that will show and teach in depth Cash Payment Products.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for responding to ad-hoc issues or client queries on a timely basis, ensuring all communications have been responded accurate.
  • Identify, mitigate risks in the manual procedures and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle the day to day processing of middle office task.
  • Actively supports transformation and/or optimization initiatives to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of the process.
  • Produce and Manage MIS, internal reports and statistics of department activities.

Skills

  • Degree in Economics or Law would be suitable.
  • High level in English/Spanish communication and skilled at collaborating with diverse international teams.
  • Excellent skills in MS-Office (specially Excel and Word).
  • Banking expertise are valued.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, focused on quality and issues resolution.
