Cash Collecting Specialist – French Speaking (m/f/d)
Your challenges:
- Effective cash collection, ensuring accurate recording of received payments and timely resolution of any discrepancies.
- Keeping an eye on overdue payments and actively manage debt aging list.
- Reaching out to clients to arrange debt payoffs.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on collection activity.
- Applying cash collections to client engagements using billing and collections systems as well as portals in cooperation with the Sales and Finance colleagues.
- Resolve and regularly check EDI transmission issues to the electronic platform.
- Explore flexible payment plans or settlements with customers and Sales. Finding common ground that can lead to better outcomes.
Your expertise:
- Experience in managing cash collection activities for at least 2 years.
- Strong customer Service experience
- Experience with CRM systems and SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in French is a key requirement and English is mandatory as this is our company language. Any additional language from the following list, is a plus: Italian, Spanish, Polish, German & Dutch.
- Be able to work in our office in Nijmegen.
