About the Role

In this opportunity as a Cash Application Specialist, you will:

  • Prepare journal entries.
  • General ledger operations.
  • Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Assist with yearend closings.
  • Draw up monthly financial reports; prepare analysis of accounts as requested.
  • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Assist with payroll administration.
  • Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences.
  • Account/bank reconciliations.
  • Review and process expense reports.

About You

You're a fit for the of Cash Application Specialist if your background includes:

  • 1 to 2 years relevant work experience in Cash Application position or environment (B2B)
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines.
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good to have: Background in Order Management.
