Job Description:
As a Cash Application Specialist, you will maintain accurate client cash records, general ledger entries, review collection, and billing terms. Ability to process a high volume of transactions and remittances. Understand ad hoc payments and multi-currency/entity billing. Participated in improving multiple bank reconciliation and client statements processes. This position will report to the bank reconciliation accountant.
Your daily responsibilities will focus on:
- Responsible for the support of global cash application process which includes the identification and matching of client records to different types of bank deposits.
- Reconcile daily receipts with bank statements, general ledger and resolve issues.
- Able to work on several bank accounts, workday and intercompany settlements.
- Strong communication with collection team and to the customer queries.
- Understand client aging report, tax documents. Document unidentified transactions.
- Track and report cash collection, unapplied cash, adjustments, refunds.
- Support close of month end, year-end, audits and ad hoc task assigned.
- Position required emphasis on details, clean record and timeliness
What you bring to the team:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Preferred).
- Able to work independently and in a team. Attitude of problem solver.
- 3+ years of related in cash application, accounts receivable in SaaS company (Preferred).
- Experience managing cash for multiple products and entities.
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel) and ERP system (Workday preferred).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Willing to work 4pm to 1am local Philippine Time Zone

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 32,083 and PHP 45,833 monthly. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
