The Role
As a Carrier Account Executive at Spectrum Enterprise, you will engage with enterprise Carrier accounts, providing innovative telecommunication solutions and managing strategic account plans. You'll work closely with clients to understand their complex technology needs and collaborate with Network Sales Engineers to develop tailored network designs. Your role involves leveraging your sales expertise to build lasting relationships and enhance client experiences, as well as conducting thorough analyses of ROI for lead qualification.

You solve the complex technology and communication needs of ILEC, MSO, CLEC and other wholesale clients. After completing our award-winning training, you proactively engage with potential clients while enhancing the client experience of an existing portfolio.
WHAT OUR CARRIER ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES ENJOY MOST

  • Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  • Consult with new Carrier accounts and provide innovative telecommunication solutions.
  • Design strategic account plans to expand into new segments, accounts and an existing book of business.
  • Work with Network Sales Engineers to create network designs and technical proposals.
  • Align new sales to a 90-day forecast to ensure accurate revenue predictions.
  • Foster long-term professional relationships through the execution of NDAs and MSAs.
  • Qualify leads through the submission of ROI and accompanying analyses.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Three or more years of major accounts experience with success as a top performer. Experience working with solution-based or value-based selling.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    Technical skills: Knowledge of broadband technology and telecommunications business; Familiar with Salesforce and CSG; Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Skills: Network building, negotiation, prioritization, organizational, issue resolution and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Able to maintain client and company confidentiality.
  • Travel: Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.
