This department typically works Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm.

Summary: As part of the Deposit Operations team, this individual will maintain Centier’s Essentials of Excellence in daily interactions with retail, CSC, internal associates, and external vendors.

This position holds a responsibility of high attention to detail within the file maintenance, verification & ordering of personal and business debit cards, and HELOC cards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete file maintenance, verification, and card order processing on new and revised personal and business debit cards through the NuPoint, New Account Console, IMM, and internal paper received. 
  • Assist branch and CSC associates with time sensitive situations and questions regarding client card activity, card denials, limit increases and form processing issues via phone and/or email.
  • Confidently collaborate with management and fellow associates to improve efficiency and qualitative solutions. 
  • Maintain the returned mail and card destruction process.
  • Work directly with management, CSI and CPI when card issues arise.
  • Place messages on CRM when applicable. 
  • Continuously strive to achieve a score of “Exceptional Performers” within the Card Services, Research & ACH Operations Team annual internal survey. 

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Associate must be willing to cross-train and assist in other areas within Deposit Operations as needed for backup, growth, and career enhancement purposes.
  • Assist with picking up and sorting of mail and paperwork. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with complex processes, policies, and forms with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in their work.
  • Ability to exercise good independent judgement in decision-making.
  • Ability to perform a variety of repetitive tasks independently in a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills –working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. 
  • Experience with NuPoint, New Account Counsel, Power BI, Teams, and IMM is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 1 yr. work experience in a clerical or team environment preferred
