The Capacity Analyst is responsible for managing station capacity, analyzing data trends, reporting on capacity utilization, and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective resource allocation and risk management. They will also oversee KPI monitoring and serve as a troubleshooting expert during peak seasons.

Responsibilities:
- Capacity Management: Ensure accurate representation of stations' ability to process and deliver packages daily while also addressing fluctuations and seeking opportunities for growth.
- Daily Analysis: Analyze historical data, trends, and business growth projections to establish short term capacity needs. Additionally, prepare and present reports on capacity trends, utilization rates, and recommendations for improvement.
- Resource allocation: Become the gate keeper of the station’s capacity by overseeing the different variable bellow:
• building capacity with the alignment of the physical specifications of the stations
• operational capacity by considering equipment, staffing plans, layout, and other relevant factors.
• delivery capacity by considering driver availability, vehicle types, parcel mix, and similar factors.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to capacity utilization and performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales, Operation, Finance and various other department to provide visibility and transparencies on the capacity of across the network, while also making sure that all insight we receive from the other stakeholder are accounted for.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks related to capacity constraints and propose mitigation strategies.
- Command Center: During Peak Season, Become the Command Center Trouble Shooting expert of the internal network.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and the ability to work with complex datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide actionable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present findings to stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a holistic view of capacity planning processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
