Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Candidate Experience Representative to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad, India. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their recruitment journey, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from initial application to final hiring decision.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage candidate communications, including scheduling interviews, sending confirmations, and providing timely updates on application status
- Respond promptly and professionally to candidate queries via email, phone, or in person
- Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure smooth and efficient interview processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to support Talent Acquisition Partners with hiring decisions
- Contribute to team initiatives and projects aimed at improving the overall candidate experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
- Advocate for TA principles and promote a collaborative hiring culture within the organization
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in candidate experience and recruitment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruitment coordination, or related recruitment activities
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the candidate experience journey
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Experience in providing outstanding customer service and resolving queries effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Empathetic approach to candidate concerns and feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- Offshore sourcing or recruiting experience
- Knowledge of talent market trends and best practices in candidate experience
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools for creating job advertisements
