Campaign Specialist (Affiliate Marketing)

Your role at Exness:

As a Campaign Specialist , you will plan, coordinate, implement, and oversee various marketing affiliates campaigns for new and current affiliates for acquiring new traders on the global and local level.

Exness Affiliates is an in-house affiliate program by Exness and one of the main channels of quiring traders. It's the leading CPA program in fintech with high daily payouts, global reach, and more. As a dedicated digital marketing specialist, you will lead the promotion of the Exness Affiliate CPA Program worldwide.

Based in Cyprus, you will manage a wide range of marketing tasks, promotional campaigns, search activities, and analytics. You will:

• Launch promotional long-terms and short-terms campaigns based on the annual Affiliate strategy to attract new and current affiliates to promote Exness.
• Devise campaigns aimed at acquiring, retaining, upselling, and reactivating clients through affiliates in line with the overall Affiliate Marketing strategy.
• Work closely with Regional Marketing, CRM, and Affiliate Product teams to plan and execute global and local campaigns.
• Brief the internal creative team, assign necessary tasks, and manage timelines to deliver campaign results.
• Collaborate with the Data team to assess and continuously report on campaign results and effectiveness, implementing improvements where necessary.
• Prepare reports on campaign results and deliverables for management to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).

What makes you a great fit:

Technical / Hard Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate marketing 
• Proven experience of managing B2B and B2C digital campaigns
• Familiarity with analytic tools (GA, GTM, Amplitude, etc.) and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, campaign analysis (attribution reporting)
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• Forex industry knowledge  is a huge plus

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with big sources of data
• Able to prioritize projects based on business needs and has strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Able to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
