Job Description

Traveloka is a SEA leading online travel platform with operations in 6 SEA countries today. We are determined to continue our growth journey to understand user travel needs in various markets to be able to offer useful and relevant products and services that users value. Our growth journey always continues, to be able to serve more users in better ways according to their travel appetite. The role of Campaign Marketing Manager - Singapore is a strategic and hands-on role who will directly work with the VP of Campaign Marketing and Country Head to drive the growth of Singapore Portfolio and build a strong team to drive profitable growth. If you are passionate about understanding users, deciphering data and numbers into knowledge about users, and building a high growth team to tackle the Singapore market, this role is suitable for you!   • Define and communicate a clear vision for optimizing user conversion and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.

  • Able to breakdown large, complex problems into manageable components and guide the team in solving them systematically.

  • Align the efforts of execution-focused and analytical team members to work towards common objectives.

  • Lead, mentor and inspire a cross-functional team of analysts and operational specialists to excel in their roles.

  • Foster collaboration between proiduct, tech, commercial and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaign and features.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategies to enhance revenue growth through traffic management, in-app conversion and overall user-journey.

  • Drive the team to implement and monitor tactical campaigns that maximize GMV, revenue and sales conversion rates.

  • Use a data-driven approach to prioritise initiatives, allocate resources and track performance against goals.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging tehcnologies to sustain a compatitive advantage.

  • Oversee the setup, execution and optimization of traffic allocation, system configuration and campaign management processes.

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and operational efficiency across all execution activities.

  • Establish reporting mechanisms to track team performance, campaign ROI and business impact.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience and at least 2 years in leading organizations or cross-functional matrix team setup. Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on goal achievement and growth.

  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, user journey improvement, or revenue growth roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and funnel performance analysis.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Familiarity with campaign management and traffic optimisation.

  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user experience and business outcomes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
