Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Campaign Manager to join our EMEA Field Marketing team. This role will focus on supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple countries. As a key member of the team, you will assist in the day-to-day management of integrated marketing projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong foundation in project management, who can effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners across the region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead integrated program management for complex marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including estimates, scope, resources, and timelines, to facilitate successful project execution.

Employ a variety of project management tools and techniques to manage project schedules, risk, and change management plans effectively.

Conduct internal project review meetings, maintain hot lists and issues lists, and ensure projects are completed within set parameters.

Proactively identify and solve project-related issues, providing guidance to the team in resolving complex challenges.

Effectively manage and escalate risks, employing strategies for risk mitigation and change management to maintain project continuity.

Lead change and communication management efforts, ensuring proper escalation protocols are followed.

Advocate for and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage overall project quality, adhering to best practices and quality assurance plans to ensure high standards are met.

Develop resource plans through collaboration with capability leads, ensuring optimal allocation of team members based on project needs.

Identify vendor requirements and support vendor assessment processes to secure necessary external resources.

Sharing lessons learned with the broader team to foster a learning environment.

Contribute to the development of methodologies, standards, and best practices for integrated production, enhancing the department's overall capability.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum three to five years of experience managing integrated marketing projects, including familiarity with a range of project management tools and methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Knowledge of modern marketing technologies and processes, with experience in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Bachelor's or graduate degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.

Experience in process improvement initiatives and quality assurance in marketing operations.

Annual salary range for this position is between €32,016.00 - €48,024.00 gross before taxes.
Salary range applies only to candidates in Lithuania
Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
