WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Responsible for supporting Sales teams in campaign management, trafficking, and ad operations support for Ampersand's audience-based TV & digital offerings. Critical functions include successful implementation and launch of campaigns, as well as processing and maintaining online orders to meet client KPI's and revenue goals.
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:

  • Act as primary service contact post-sale for all requests related to media campaigns
  • Work closely with Agency Customers, Affiliate Clients, Account Managers, & Sales to ensure campaigns are running as ordered
  • Review, validate, & book insertion orders (IO)
  • Create (local only) & monitor (all areas) delivery of schedules
  • Resolve invoice credits and discrepancies in accordance with policies
  • Handle all makegood and under delivery requests
  • Ensure vendor has necessary creative materials
  • Reporting on pre log and post log (local only)
  • Make suggestions on order optimization to sales team (local, national only)
  • Enter all delivery information for monthly billing (digital, national only)


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and ability to problem solve are essential
  • Must be detail oriented and be able to prioritize effectively to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills required
  • Previous experience working in a professional office-setting preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Ampersand salary range for this position in New York Metro Area. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance
The range listed is just one component of Ampersand's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary annual bonuses and / or overtime, commission, etc., as well as competitive benefits including PTO, medical & dental & vision benefits, 401K with employer match, short & long-term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, pre-tax commuter benefits & flexible spending accounts.
Salary Range Transparency
This role has a NYC Metro Area base salary of $50,000 and discretionary annual bonus.
