Responsibilities:

Collaborative Leadership: Work under the guidance of the Sourcing Manager and collaborate with Quality, Category Management, and Replenishment teams to meet new product development launch targets.

Strategic Coordination: Manage product transfers and resourcing activities to drive cost reductions, enhance quality, and ensure a continuous supply chain.

Supplier Performance Management: Oversee all aspects of supplier performance, including Total Cost of Quality, On-time delivery, and PPV. Negotiate and maintain contracts and agreements to optimize purchase terms and conditions.

Compliance Assurance: Ensure all Sourcing & Procurement practices comply with ISO procedures and business laws.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management/Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 5-10 years of sourcing experience, preferably with mechanical components.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (German is a plus).

Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Relationship Management: Proven track record of maintaining excellent supplier relationships.

Cultural Adaptability: Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
