Job Summary
We are seeking a Buyer with Corporate Services experience in Travel, Fleet, corporate credit card and contingent labor to join our team here in Wilmington, DE. This is an onsite position with 2 days of remote work each week. Candidates should live within a commutable distance to the corporate site. Relocation is not available for this role.

Education & Experience
Required:
-
Bachelor degree and at least 5 years of experience in procurement, retail, catalog, finance and/or banking experience OR High School/GED and at least 10 years of experience in procurement, retail, catalog, finance and/or banking experience

Experience in business through procurement lifecycles and best procurement practices.
-
Experience leading negotiations and developing/executing on procurement strategies.
-
Experience influencing internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
-
Strong background in IT procurement and vendor negotiations.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience managing people, projects and/or cross functional teams.
-
At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
-
At least 5 years of Purchasing and corporate services, travel and corporate card are not required but bonus if managed.

At least 5 years of experience in negotiating deals.

Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).

Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).

Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
