Job Summary
As a Business Transformation Senior Associate in the Transformation Team, your day to day role will be focusing on supporting our growing Automation Platform for the COS organization. You will be responsible to build high quality Robot and provide expertise to operations and technical skills to our Citizen developers. This role is heavily invested as a support role in execution of the COS Transformation and Product Execution agenda and will continue to evolve as business needs grow.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop and test process automation using firm wide software to meet the defined business requirements
- Monitor existing robots and attend additional requirements such as robot performance status, troubleshooting, enhancement, fix, maintenance, code review and issue resolution
- Work collaboratively with business SME, Business Analysts, Risks and Project Managers
- Hold timely communications and updates to all stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 3 years development experience and solid background in programming and RPA Automation
- Fluent in coding RPA solutions like UiPath,
- Solid understanding in operations with similar industry such as Retail, wholesale, commercial, private banking - Back office operations
- Solid understanding in Software development lifecycle, project management, automation feasibility and business analysis
- Exposure to senior stakeholder and sound managing matrix organization
- Experience in managing automation related escalations and testing
- Knowledge in producing technical documentations such as IPA, PDD, SDD and tests scripts
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in using Phyton, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power BI
- Experience in Alteryx and Tableau is an advantage.
- Industry accredited certifications like ITIL, BP, UiPath and AA
- Graduate of Computer Engineering related courses
- Previous experience from consulting, Fintech, technology line of business but supporting finance
