Job Description:
As a Business Transformation Manager within the Transformation Team, your day to day role will be focusing on supporting our growing Automation Platform for the COS organization. You will have direct responsibility over the team development and maintenance of automation tools, process re-engineering and accountability for the execution of tools in a timely manner. This role is heavily invested as a support role in execution of the COS Transformation and Product Execution agenda and will continue to evolve as business needs grow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior COS Leadership and our Automation COE to lead the charge for the development of UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau and Python automation efforts.
- Manage the current suite of automation tools, including care and feeding of currently developed tools and enhancements to existing initiatives
- Collaborate on new platform and technology initiatives supporting the COS
- Support Controls and Governance around technology and partnership with Control teams to ensure audit-readiness of automation efforts
- Provide support for capability development and career growth of the team
- Develop storytelling and visualization of data for automation initiatives
- Develop UiPath Automation as a firmwide standard, as well as complex Alteryx flows and Tableau visualization of data
- Inspire a culture of innovation and execution of ideas around technology
- Review of large-scale initiatives and placement for future-state strategy of current tactical solutions
- Understand financial needs and grow the business.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Proven experience in building capabilities and expertise of an automation configuration function
- Proven experience in setting up the administrative, ways of working and infrastructure of an automation function
- 5 years experience of coding, scripting and strong knowledge about development life cycle for UiPath.
- 5 years direct experience in managing senior technical team members
- 5 years direct experience as Senior leadership member (VP or at same capacity)
- Holding good technical network of vendors for industry leading tools such as UiPath, Alteryx, Tableu, Phyton.
- Holding strong technical backroad for UiPath.
- Demonstrated, consistent executive presence with the ability to adapt to the evolving needs in the COS organization
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Experience in other automation tools like Alteryx, Tableu, Phyton
- Technical certification in automation tools
- Technical certification for project delivery such as ITIL, PMP, PSM, Product Owner
- Background in Consultancy or Service Delivery for automation to a financial organization
- Graduate of Computer related course
- Experience in holding a position of technical mentoring or technical development coach or at similar capacity
