About the role:
As a Business Systems Specialist, you’ll act as a technology engineer helping deliver best-in-breed solutions that advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. You must be self-motivated, proactive, and be obsessed with creating the best technology solutions. This is a critical position supporting our Corporate Platform Applications, including Azure, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Fabric, Copilot, Teams, and the M365 application suite.
What you will be doing:
- Analyze business processes and identify efficiency opportunities through automation and AI solutions.
- Design, implement and run Microsoft technology solutions to improve business operations.
- Solving complex business problems using the latest technology and common sense.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications to create impactful technology solutions.
- Provide technical training, guidance, and leadership to other team members.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve expert-level issues related to M365 and Microsoft technology.
- Staying updated with the latest Microsoft features, best practices, and solutions.
What you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of industry certifications and technical experience.
- Proven experience and career growth as a Systems Engineer on the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Deep knowledge of all M365 platform apps, Azure, and related cloud configuration. Expert knowledge of Power Plat., Fabric, Azure, SPO/Teams, Enterprise Search, networks, Purview, and Entra.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, driving process improvement and automation.
- Experience with M365 data migrations, hybrid configurations, and M&A projects is ideal.
- A resourceful and proactive approach to solving problems, gathering information, sharing ideas, and leading new technology initiatives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
