Job Description
Perform work associated with analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of the organization's information technology applications and platforms.
This role is based onsite at our office is Chesterfield, MO.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
What you will do:

Collaborate with key stakeholders and Global Process Leads to understand the business processes and document detailed functional business requirements.

Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and specifications for SAP configurations.

Design and implement standard SAP S/4 HANA solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.

Work with technical teams to ensure successful system integration, data migration and overall SAP S/4 implementation and support it end to end.

Develop test cases and execute testing to ensure SAP solution meets business requirements.

Assist in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing and validate implemented SAP functionalities.
-
Identify and troubleshoot issues providing timely solutions and workarounds.
-
Provide training and support to end users on new SAP functionalities.
-
Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement of SAP processes and stay updated on SAP product releases and best practices.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

5+ years of hands on experience configuring SAP Order to Cash.
-
Strong understanding of Sales Rebate, Debit/Credit Memo processing.
-
Strong understanding of Sales Inquiry and Quotation.
-
Strong understanding of processing customer returns.
-
Strong experience integrating SAP with Salesforce and eCommerce platforms.
-
Previous experience with SAP implementation highly preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
