How you’ll make an impact:
Database administration
- Perform user onboarding/offboarding activities
- Manage Profiles, Permission Sets and Sharing Settings
- Maintain data quality, with cyclical audits and mass updates
- Evaluate incoming tickets in the Salesforce ticketing system
Development
- Manage and customize Objects, Fields, Tabs, Lightning Pages, etc.
- Create and manage customized Reporting and Dashboards
- Perform UAT and quality checks
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to maintain change control governance
Documentation and Training
- Provide technical support for 100+ Salesforce Users
- Document technical changes
- Assist with Knowledgebase content
What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- A minimum of two years experience in a Business Systems Analyst role or related experience
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Salesforce administration experience
- Strong comprehension of standard and custom Salesforce Objects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Reporting and Dashboard functionality
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze existing business processes, systems and workflows.
- Understanding of implications of change and how to manage the implementation of change.
- Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Demonstrates initiative to implement lessons learned
- Ability to interpret and define business user requirements into detailed specifications
- Ability to develop training documentation & online training modules to lead business user workshops
- Experience working in complex, matrixed environments
- Experience participating in IT projects
- Experience with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation
- Experience with Good Manufacturing/Good Documentation Practices (GxP) processes
- Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite

For Illinois (IL), the base pay range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
