Job Description

Qualified candidate will be involved in developing, planning and analyzing Government/ commercial agencies in wireless and broadband operations to bring first responders and supporting organizations the most efficient possible support. Position requires the ability to do business analysis of hardware, software, and cloud services to develop technical solutions to support first responder operations. Candidate should have ability to work with industry and government technical and administrative leaders to identify technologies to improve operations. Candidate will use business experience and data visualization skills to identify enterprise challenges and implement approaches to address results via automation and data science. Employee will be in a leadership role in planning and coordinating stakeholder meetings that result in detailed reports and plans, action items, and follow through.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience proposing business and technical solutions, reviewing existing 
procedures, technologies, systems and workflows in place, and recommending approaches and defining roadmaps for successful integration and implementation.
7+ years of experience designing and architecting business processes and workflows and 
generating comprehensive strategies and business planning documents addressing organizational process and staffing impacts.
5+ years of experience developing low-code apps using Microsoft Power Apps and integrating data repositories, including Microsoft SQL Server.
3+ years of experience with the wireless telecommunications and/or broadband 
industry.
• Ability to exhibit mature judgement when anticipating and solving problems.
• Ability to be proactive, creative, collaborative, and professional.
• Possession of excellent time management skills demonstrated daily.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with working in team environments, delivering exceptional work in tight
deadlines.
• Ability to deliver high-quality strategy, guidance, process improvement, research reporting, 
analytics reports, and technology products or services.
• Ability to manage project schedules, action items, etc.
• Experience with advanced presentation writing and design.
• Experience with organizational development and change management concepts
• Ability to communicate at an exceptional level across all delivery channels and platforms, 
including advisory, collaborative support, writing complex and logically concise technical 
reporting, and graphical presentation of complex concepts with clarity and insight.
• Possession of excellent organizational and task disciplinary skills.
