Job Description
MAXISIQ is seeking a highly experienced Business Operations Specialist (SME) to provide expert-level guidance in optimizing and managing key operational processes within a DoD environment. The SME will serve as the go-to authority in business operations, offering deep insights and technical expertise to solve complex operational challenges, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. These are full-time roles located on Redstone Arsenal, AL with work anticipated March 2025 upon award.
Duties involved with this role:
- Provide high-level advice and recommendations to optimize processes and solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that business operations align with strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop best practices, frameworks, and standards to optimize operational workflows.
- Act as a subject matter advisor for project managers and teams, offering technical and operational insights to drive success.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and refine operational policies and procedures to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Foster knowledge transfer within the organization, ensuring that teams are equipped with the necessary skills and understanding to succeed.
Qualifications
Clearance Requirement:
- Active or current Secret level clearance minimum
Experience:
- Recognized as an Industry Leader, experience encompasses
- Proven track record of delivering expert-level solutions in a highly specialized domain
- Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with business intelligence tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to address complex operational challenges
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational improvements.
- Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
