Schedule: Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants must be willing to work this schedule.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + annual bonus

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Intelligence Product Manager to join our team. The BI Product Manager will be responsible for working directly with the business to define and document detailed requirements and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. This role requires a solid foundation in Business Intelligence and Business Analysis along with proficiency in tools/frameworks such as Microsoft AzureDevOps, Agile Scrum, and SQL.
Responsibilities:
- The role is of a Product Manager in the Business Intelligence team
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
- Create product strategy documents that describe business use cases, user stories, and technical requirements
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Own relationship with business stakeholders & SMEs to capture, analyze, and document business & functional requirements.
- Create and maintain business facing documentation including standard processes and catalogs
- Effectively collaborate across various streams involved in the project.
- Manage optimal communications, conduct regular meetings, submit status and governance reports to appropriate stakeholders.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required and 5 years of Data-related experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Basic Requirements:
- Five or more years of experience as a Product Manager
- Ability to understand business needs and translate into technical requirements for the engineering team
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, developers, and other subject matter experts.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, goal-driven self-starters with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool
