The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst plays a key role in managing and optimizing data-driven programs that support Fixed Ops strategy, incentives administration, and business operations. This position is tasked with analyzing program performance, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone with solid analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to support and enhance Fixed Operations programs through reporting, insights, and program management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in analyzing data to assist in the development, enhancement, and optimization of Fixed Operations programs, including incentive initiatives. Assist in the creation of PowerPoint decks to present data insights, program performance, and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
- Support the administration and execution of SET incentive programs, ensuring accurate payments, performance tracking, and program success.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to tackle program-related data issues, acting as a liaison between management and the field to ensure reliable program execution.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools to track program performance and provide insights that drive decision-making.
- Monitor and manage existing data processes to ensure precision and timely reporting for the field team, dealership personnel, and senior leadership.
- Provide management recommendations for process and performance improvements based on data analysis and program insights.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external audiences, including dealership personnel and executive leadership.
- Support the Business Intelligence team in other areas such as objective setting, research, data validation, and reporting to ensure alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with program tracking, reporting, and performance analysis in an operational environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment with multiple ongoing initiatives.
- Ability to interpret data trends and patterns to support decision-making.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices to create impactful reports for management and field teams.
- Ability to interpret and present data clearly and concisely to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Robust communication skills to interact with leadership, field teams, and cross-functional departments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- An initiative-taking mindset to identify and correct inefficiencies, and to recommend improvements informed by data
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Fixed Operations, automotive retail, or dealership operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to develop reports, automate workflows, and improve program efficiency.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
