Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Asset Performance & Optimization team at Ignitis Renewables, where you’ll take care of driving clarity and efficiency across the O&M and Technical Asset Management organization. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!
You will contribute to a green and secure energy ecosystem by:
- Managing projects across O&M and Technical Asset Management scope, which will span across delivery of technical projects, business improvement initiatives, and process establishment
- Creating and monitoring project timelines and finances
- Actively managing a team of specialist project members assembled for each project
- Ensuring successful project implementation on time and on budget
- Identifying business needs and initiating projects accordingly
- Scanning the market and internal operations for business improvements, preparing business cases and coordinating their implementation
- Establishing and coordinating internal processes
- Developing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate the smooth adoption of new processes or systems within the organization
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Energy, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, programme management, or business processes improvement, ideally in renewable energy or O&M organizations
- Proven track record of successfully leading improvement initiatives or managing projects
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose more efficient alternatives
- Strong coordination skills for managing multi-stakeholder processes
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools would be beneficial
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills
