Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director - PMO, the Senior Project Coordinator will provide a high-level of support to programs/projects led by members of the PMO team in support of strategic initiatives across the enterprise. The successful candidate must be results-oriented and have demonstrated the ability to effectively prioritize workflow. The position calls for excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, project management experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
- Program/Project Support: Handle the day-to-day tasks that keep projects running smoothly, such as organizing meetings, capturing meeting notes/action items, and managing documents to ensure on time and on budget delivery of strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, budgets, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Progress Tracking: Develop and manage project plans based on specifications provided by the PMO staff and ensure effective execution of tasks. Track project progress and budgets, identify potential risks and project costs, proactively manage issues, and report on project status to relevant stakeholders.
- Communication Coordination: Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned. Provide timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status and pending issues.
- Tool/Resource Management: Manage project management tools and software, particularly Smartsheet, ensuring they are used effectively and efficiently. Utilize project management methods/standards to coordinate internal and external resources required to complete assigned projects. Analyze processes and make recommendations for optimizing resources and program/project delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and performance to management.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize, plan, and implement projects of various size and scope in a cross-functional environment
- Technical expertise in project management support tools, particularly Smartsheet
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; interacts with all levels of associates and management within the organization
- Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Teams, and Outlook

Working hours: 12pm - 9pm
