About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate within HR Total Rewards Incentive Compensation Center of Excellence. This role will support a specific line of business.
In this role, you will:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.

Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities.

Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives.
-
Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners.
-
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
-
This role will be responsible for ensuring the incentive systems align to the design for plans within Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking, Wealth and Investment Management, or Consumer Lending.

Manage/oversee the day-to-day duties of the functionality within incentive system, with the ultimate objective of accurate and timely payouts.

Partner with the Incentive Administration team to address all inquiries.

Collaborate effectively to identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate opportunities.

Perform routine systematic validations to ensure accurate payments

Procedure Management - update, review and publish procedures, job aids etc. to support the administration process and respective applications/systems

Ensure incentive calculation is accurate within the Incentive System and retain evidence of the review.

Maintain documentation, procedures, job aids etc. to support the administration process and respective applications/systems.
Required Qualifications:
-
6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Forward thinking with the ability to problem solve

Attention to details with a focus on executing effectively.

Organizational skills to prioritize tasks.

Human Resources/Incentive Compensation experience a plus

Experience with Jira and Varicent preferred, but not required.

Knowledge of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking, Wealth and Investment Management, or Consumer Lending preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.

Strong understanding of the various systems and applications supporting Human Resources and Incentive Compensation

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$63,600.00 - $113,000.00
