BSC Provider Services Reports Specialist is responsible in ensuring that all routine reports are sent based on timelines, obtain pertinent data from all relevant departments, and compile and sanitize the information before proceeding to data analysis.
Is responsible to collect and analyze the data, help drive critical business decisions by designing reports, analyzing metrics, study trends and data patterns and communicate the findings and provide recommendation to Operations, Quality and Training Team
DATA MANAGEMENT
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis
• Collect data by partnering with WFM, Training and Operations
• Ensure that the data are sanitized before proceeding to analysis. Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
• Develop, design and maintain dashboard in an easy-to-comprehend format
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and patterns
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics
REPORTING
• Interpret data and provide recommendation for business decisions. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports
• Circulate routine reports on timely basis without missed
QUALIFICATIONS
• Should not have faced disciplinary action higher than the first written warning within the past six months
• Must possess high self-motivation, multi-tasking abilities, and be capable of managing tasks independently within structured timelines

• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
