Responsibilities:

Process- and project related tasks:

• General support in business growth projects with global accounts in various verticals
• Independent control and collaboration in projects to increase sales effectiveness/efficiency in the business units and verticals
• Lead of smaller projects to optimize processes & implementation of digitalization
• Market research on industry sectors, customers and competitors

Business enablement & coordination tasks:

• Power user and trainer for GIT relevant IT databases
• Interface support between subsidiaries, business units and internal departments
• Creation and tracking of internal workflows & relocations
• Support in GIT global strategy process implementation
• Managing data quality and reports
• Management of global workshops

Pricing management tasks:

• Data Steward function for global accounts: Ensuring data quality for global customers
• Support verticals in price simulations for global accounts in annual and ad hoc pricing

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or study of economics
• Experience in project collaboration and optimization of processes
• Pro-active and Solution-oriented approach in supporting others
• Networked thinking to mobilize Klüber's resources to achieve the goals
• High level of service and customer orientation
• High level of problem-solving skills and ability to deal with conflicts of interest
• Intercultural empathy & communication skills
• Prioritization skills and time management skills
• Understand complex processes and explain them in an easy way
• Very good user skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Change affinity
