仕事内容

規模、複雑性、の異なるさまざまな予算顧客に対し、アウトバウンド営業を行う。セールスおよびプロダクトマネージャー、セールスディレクター、マーケティングなど、社内のステークホルダーと協働する。機会の特定、発掘、評価に責任を持ち、日本におけるセールスパイプラインの開発に大きく貢献する。

主な業務

  • その事業や組織の課題や弱点を理解し、積極的にアウトバウンドをおこなう。

  • 戦略的にを絞って顧客を発見し、コマーシャルまたはエンタープライズアカウントへのセールスパイプラインを作ります。

  • セールスチームと協働して、ターゲットとなる顧客リストを作成します。

資格条件

  • エンタープライズおよびコマーシャル部門における営業/インサイドセールスの経験。特に日本の休暇顧客管理した経験があること。

  • IT業界での経験もしくは、最低1年間、法人営業に関連した環境で働いていた経験

  • 競争意識、ハングリー精神、自発的な行動力があること。目標以上の成績を目指すマインドセットがあること。

  • コミュニケーション能力、対人関係能力、組織管理能力に優れていること。

  • 日本語が母国語レベル

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
