PTC is looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and competitive individual to join our Inside Sales Team for our key business areas within PTC.

In this role, you will generate qualified opportunities through outbound calling that will drive pipeline and ultimately generate revenue for PTC. You will prospect within both new and existing PTC customers to drive new revenue within our CAD/PLM/IOT/AR software, and have the important role of representing PTC.

Day-To-Day:

  • Conduct campaigns and outbound calls to prospect into defined target accounts, both existing and new, and develop an understanding of customer’s potential investment and growth plans to generate opportunities for designated products
  • Accurately record activities (calls, emails, demos) of leads within Salesforce.com
  • Address customer incoming leads – calls and emails
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to develop a pipeline in a structured fashion using sales programs
  • Assist in the execution of campaigns within your territory and assigned accounts
  • Work with cross functional groups such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good time management with the ability to carry out detailed account research prior to customer contact
  • Understands digital selling and outbound call tactics
  • Ability and character to be able to manage objections handling
  • Competitive drive and strong desire for success
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Native Japanese level
  • Professional phone presence and excellent written/verbal communication skills
