Business Development Manager
Oslo, Norway
We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious sales professional to join our team in Norway as a Business Development Manager.

If you're a natural "hunter" with a passion for closing deals and driving growth, this role is made for you. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding Iron Mountain’s Digital business across Norway, aligned with our Global, European, and Country strategies. Your mission? To bring in net new customers and take our market presence to new heights.

Your role in our mission:

  • Ignite New Business Growth: You'll focus on driving revenue by targeting and securing new clients, while also expanding opportunities with existing customers.
  • Spot and Win Opportunities: You'll identify high-potential opportunities, craft winning sales strategies, and close deals.
  • Go Global: You’ll have the chance to support and lead cross-border digital sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate for Success: Working closely with operations, pre-sales, partners, and customer care teams, you'll develop and execute go-to-market plans that hit our digital targets.
  • Seal the Deal: You'll handle commercial negotiations and ensure pricing strategies are spot on.
  • Drive Growth: You’ll create and execute a Sales Plan that fuels market growth and delivers results.
  • Build Relationships: You’ll cultivate strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers, particularly at the C-level, driving new business opportunities.

Valued skills and experience:

  • A strong track record in business development, with a knack for hunting down new accounts and growing a broad customer portfolio.
  • Significant experience in solution sales, with the ability to design and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Exceptional Communication - verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at the senior level.
  • A solid understanding of the Norwegian business environment.
  • Experience in selling complex solutions to large organizations.
  • A proven ability to establish and maintain relationships at the C-level.
  • Fluent in both English and Norwegian
