Job Title

Responsibilities:

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for business development and coordination, which includes identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for oil, gas, and various industrial plants. The role involves overseeing the entire process from initial project identification to contract signing, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities in the oil, gas, and chemical industries, analyzing trends, potential clients, and project prospects
  • Developing tailored business strategies that align with client needs and operational goals
  • Executing strategic plans to secure new projects and preparing proposals
  • Overseeing the bidding process, ensuring technical compliance while collaborating on competitive submissions
  • Providing technical insights as the primary client contact and monitoring progress for client satisfaction
  • Leading contract negotiations, ensuring legal compliance, and facilitating handovers to project execution teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field, with 10+ years of work experience in the industrial engineering and construction sector, specifically in Advanced Technologies.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development within the oil, gas, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in business development within the oil & gas sector.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with both client and company objectives.
  • Experience overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from identification to contract signing, with a focus on client satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Technical knowledge to provide valuable insights during the bidding process while collaborating on competitive submissions.
  • Excellent contract negotiation skills, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Strong communication and client management skills to maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
