What You’ll Do:
Join our team as a Business Development Manager and be the driving force behind new business growth! You'll focus on prospecting B2B customers, particularly OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and Distributors, spending four days a week visiting clients with regular overnight stays. Dedicate one day each week to reporting and administrative tasks to stay organized. Success in this role means collaborating closely with Application Engineers, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Customer Services. Be the catalyst for growth and make a significant impact in our dynamic team!
Key responsibilities:

Prospect New Customers: Use market intelligence for outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.

Build Relationships: Develop trust and understand prospect needs to qualify sales opportunities.

Present Solutions: Showcase products and services that meet customer needs and highlight our value propositions.

Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with external and inside sales teams to close deals.

Manage CRM: Maintain detailed records in Salesforce CRM.

Drive Sales: Create key account plans for short- and long-term sales growth.

Upsell Opportunities: Identify and evaluate opportunities for product expansions and new launches.

Close Deals: Negotiate terms and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Who You Are:

Result-Driven: Possess a strong commercial and prospecting mindset.

Hold a medium vocational level education, preferably in commercial or technical fields.
-
Experience in B2B sales, distribution, and OEMs is a plus.

Must have an interest in technical products.

Swedish speaker with conversational English for global communication.

Willing to attend regular product training courses.

Excellent listening, time management, and organizational skills.

Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals.

Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is advantageous.
