Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Drive coffee shop site selection and contracting to meet our machine installation targets
- Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and manage local teams in business development, operations, and marketing.
- Strategic Expansion: Execute plans for market entry and growth, supporting our global expansion strategy.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in English and Chinese. ( For Business Need )
- Exceptional problem-solving and coordination abilities; able to navigate fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to challenges.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and willingness to travel.
- Passion for FMCG and retail; knowledge of global market trends is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in business development or related fields.
