We are looking for a Business Development Representative focused on the Constructor TECH Learning product portfolio to join our international team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, lead generation tools, and other sources to build a robust pipeline. Take ownership of your outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Cold Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage prospective clients and introduce them to our product.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile. This includes gathering key information about their needs, challenges, and decision-making process. Once qualified, seamlessly transfer the lead to an Inside Sales Representative for further engagement and follow-up.
  • Pipeline Management: Update and maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM. Build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide input on outreach messaging and campaigns to help refine our approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal, any other language is a plus
  • Driven and inspired to exceed sales targets
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
  • Recent experience in a sales or customer facing role is plus
  • Basic knowledge of the SaaS industry is a plus
  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn in a sales role

What We Offer For Interns:

  • Salary rate for BSc – 13 eur/hour, MSc – 20 eur/hour
  • Internship Duration: from 2 months or more
