The role:
As a Business Development Analyst, you will manage all tactical and analytical aspects of the customer's business plan. Also, the role will identify and present strategic recommendations to our retail customers.
Reporting to our Senior National Account Manager, your strategic analysis will focus on delivering collaborative (Kao & Customer) strategies, plans and insights to improve both Kao / Customer sales and profit results. You will also work with Kao Trade Strategy and Brand Teams to build co-marketing events that are established in the planning process, serving as an analytical resource to assist sales and marketing with developing customer marketing strategies.

What you will do:
- Support sales organization with preparation, analysis and presentation that identifies recommendations for developing and building business plans.
- Analyze business trends, and fundamental practices (ie pricing, promotion, placement) for business reviews and other strategic or tactical customer programs that delivers the best sales and profit growth.
- Will provide and present recommendations and help with the tactical aspects of sales presentation and annual planning.
- Coordinate shopper marketing programs that support the collaborative development of promotional plans.
- Helps develop and execute brand strategies within the customer business plans.
- Specialize in the sales and profit analysis that influence both Kao and the customer's collaborative plan.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 or more years of experience in category management, sales analysis, or marketing analysis in the consumer products industry.
- Proficient in AC Nielsen, Numerator, Retail Link and Luminate.
- 10% business travel is required.
