Job Description
The Consumer Bank Marketing Acquisition team is responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns designed to profitably acquire primary bank relationships and grow share of wallet for the Consumer Bank.
As a Marketing Strategy Sr. Associate/Paid Channels on the Consumer Bank Acquisition Marketing team, you should be a data-driven performance digital marketer to support investments in paid digital channels (paid search, paid social, affiliate, etc.) to guide new, profitable checking accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design strategic campaigns, build bottom-up estimates, analyze performance, and identify optimization opportunities to deliver effective results against business targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic marketing plans using qualitative and quantitative data and producing measurable results in paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, etc.
- Navigate a highly matrixed organization, influence partners, build consensus, and work across various functional departments to plan & execute audience targeting, channel plans, and creative
- Contribute to the understanding of performance, test results, and profitability; utilize data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize digital channel performance
- Act as a thought leader, presenting and discussing ideas with intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization
- Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and requests involving forecasting, performance, and test results
- Develop new templates and processes to streamline execution
- Identify new tactics and channels to help Acquisition programs grow; help launch new paid digital channels
- Identify new capabilities to improve program performance; assess performance and issues proactively and recommend enhancements
- Contribute to the paid digital roadmap and an opportunity list of new things to test
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Performance marketing experience in digital marketing channels
- Support roadmap development and test-and-learn agendas
- A fantastic partner who leads through strong collaboration; recognized as a team player
- Data-driven and analytical, while also being a creative problem-solver
- Focused on how marketing drives quantifiable business results
- Vigorous and thorough in their management of details; proven ability to take initiative
- Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Comfortable with continuously changing priorities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing and paid media is preferred
- Financial services industry experience preferred
