Join C3 AI as a Business Application Support Engineer at our Guadalajara, Mexico office.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within the IT team to safeguard financial applications and manage user permissions.
- Proficiency in managing NetSuite, Coupa, Office 365, Atlassian products, Power BI, and Azure Active Directory.
- Implement AAD Single Sign On and SAML.
- Provide support and maintenance for finance applications like NetSuite and Coupa.
- Resolve data and technical issues in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, document, and enforce policies for data integrity and change management.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and security standards for financial systems.
- Design and implement reports and dashboards according to business needs.
- Uphold confidentiality of company data and financial information.
- Collaborate with Technology and Finance teams to enhance processes in NetSuite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience administering Coupa and NetSuite solutions for large enterprises, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Jira project configurations and application permissions management.
- Thorough understanding of NetSuite stack and modules (Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.).
- Basic SQL scripting skills for creating records and KPIs.
- Familiarity with software like OpenAir, ADP, Concur, FloQast, Varicent, etc., is advantageous.
- Ability to translate end-user needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, database management, and cloud applications.
- Strong business analysis skills to capture requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Certification as a NetSuite Administrator or Coupa Administration is preferred.
