API is seeking seasoned professional to join our company in the role of Data Analyst. The Data Analyst’s goal is to gather, interpret and scrutinize information in order to help the company understand our business organization’s performance and to propose and implement different initiatives in order to achieve our goals. The Data Analyst will utilize proven analytical skills to foster understanding and provide quality information to our stakeholders and ensure seamless delivery of our clients’ commitments.
Essential Functions

- Implementing new user-friendly corporate dashboards that enhance visibility to business performance
- Develop deep dive analysis into cross-functional business issues that involve multiple business partners
- Measure and track our SLA (Service Level Agreements) with our key clients.
- Create presentations to be utilized at QBR (Quarterly Business Reviews) with client. Presentations will include the conclusion on our performance in day of operations.
- Perform complex strategic analysis for new business initiatives
- Develop intuitive user self-service reporting tools to answer frequent business questions
- Fully understand the client’s business and ensure all deliverables are being met for a successful relationship
- Strive to create increased value for the client by providing business reporting and recommendations that are align with desired business goals

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, normal core business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical background
- Advance skills in Excel, Macros, Pivot Tables
- Experience in Data Visualization and Dashboarding Tools (e.g., Tableau,PowerBI)
- Experience with SQL or other data mining tools perfered
- Ability to work with large data sets
- 2-5 years in Analytics, Reporting, Data Mining, Data Analysis and/or Business Analysis
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality work is a must.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with and understand diverse cultures here and abroad
- An organized self-starter who can work proactively and independently
- Able to multi task and work well under strict deadlines and fast paced environment
The good faith compensation for this position is $30.00 / hr - $33.00 / hr.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bi-lingual is a plus
